ANKARA UNIVERSITY
Ankara University is a public type university that is located in the capital city of Turkey, Ankara. It is the pioneer higher education institute of Turkey. Ankara University is running 40 vocational programs, more than 100 undergraduates while more than 100 graduate programs. Ankara University was established by Kamal Ataturk in the year 1946, initially it was established as training instate for judiciaries. Later on the institute of technology and agriculture, school of language, history and geography was established. After that the school of Medicine and of science was established in the decade of 1940s by Ataturk. Currently there are more than 10 major faculties that are working at Ankara University.
