Estonia is a democratic parliamentary republic state that is located in the Northern side of Europe. Tallinn is the capital and largest city of Estonia. Estonia has temperate climatic conditions not only that but also it is in the transition between the continental and maritime climatic condition. July is the hottest month of the year in Estonia while February is the coldest month of the year in Estonia. Large area of Estonia consists of forests and in these forests wildlife exists in great stocks such as Lynx, Wild Boar, Moose and Brown Bear. Estonia has fifteen administrative divisions. County governor is the head of the county government, who is elected by the government for five year terms. He is the representative of national government. These counties are subdivided into municipalities these municipalities are of two different types one is rural municipalities while second one is urban municipalities.
Estonia practices multi party parliamentary democratic establishment, where Prime Minister is declared as the head of the government. Army of Estonia consists of Estonian Defence Forces, which is divided into the army, navy, air force and national guard organization. Economy of Estonia is ranked as the high income by the World Bank. Estonian central bank is Bank of Estonia that issue Kroon, which is the Estonian currency. Kroon was very stable currency currently Estonian is the strongest economical state among all the European Union members.
Estonia is the least populous country among the European Union as its population is only 1.3 million.
University of Tartu is the oldest university of Estonia as it was founded in the year 1632 by the Swedish king Gustav II Adolf. Estonian constitutions allows the freedom of adopting religion to its native people. Among all the countries of the world Estonia contains the highest level of irreligious people. However, Lutheranism is the major religion while Eastern Orthodox is the second major religion of Estonia.
