Ankara, Turkey. It was established in 1926 by Kemal Atatürk as
Gazi Teacher Training Institute. In 1982, it was merged with the Ankara Academy of Economy and Commerce, the Ankara College of Technical Teachers, the Ankara Girls' College of Technical Teachers, and the Ankara State Academy of Engineering and Architecture to become a full university. Currently,
