India

India is a sovereign nation in South Asia. India also called as Bharat  in Hindi and Hindustan. It is the seventh largest country by geographical area, the second most populous country. India is also the most populous democracy in the world. Republic of India consists on 28 states while 7 union territories. Parliamentary democratic system id customized and India. Delhi is the capital city of India. Home to the Indus Valley civilization and a region of historic trade routes and vast empires, the Indian subcontinent was identified with its commercial and cultural wealth for much of its long history.

Indian Geography
India is located on its western side while China, Nepal and Bhutan on its northern side and Bangladesh and Myanmar on its eastern side.  India has a large coastline and Indian Ocean is located on its South, Arabian Sea on its west and Bay of Bengal on its east.

Religion in India
Hinduism, Islam, Jainism, Sikhism and Buddhism are the major religion in India while other includes Christianity, Jewish etc. In all of these majority peoples  are Hindu and its basic religion is Hinduism and national language is Hindi, that's why India also called as Hindustan.  Delhi, Calcutta, Chennai and Mumbai are the largest populous cities of India.

Indian Economy
India is the world's fourth largest economy in purchasing power and the twelfth largest economy at market exchange rates. Economic reforms have transformed it into one of the world's fastest-growing economies. However, India still suffers from high levels of poverty, illiteracy, malnutrition and environmental degradation. India is also home to a diversity of wildlife in a variety of protected habitats.

Indian Film Industry

Indian film industry is the largest in the world. Bollywood, based in Mumbai, makes commercial Hindi films and is the most prolific film industry in the world. India is a country showing many contrasting shades in every aspect of life. The country has rich natural resources, a civilized history and now the growing technology.
