Nadra Islamabad Pakistan are very incompetent,i'ts been 7 months & they still haven't sent my son's nicop card despite a dozen of e-mails sent, is there anybody of authority that i could complain to? i'm sick &tired !

Nadra Islamabad Pakistan- My serious advice to the Govt of Pakistan is to evaluate the performance of this agency with regard to customer care. I applied for my NICOP way back in July 2008 through The Pakistani Embassy in Rabat, Mrocco. Despite the repeated reminders by myself and the Embassy staff nothing has happened so far. They do not even bother to reply.I have decided to write to the main daily papers. Has anyone got any other suggestios???

It’s been four years now, still waiting for NICOP. South African Embassy in Pretoria is useless. Staff in embassy doesn’t know anything. They got bloody attitude instead of helping the customer they says they can’t do anything, we must phone Nadra Islamabad. Why we employed staff from Pakistan and give them a handsome package, if they can’t do anything. What is the point of keeping Pakistani staff? It’s so shame full that our own nation can’t help. And it’s not that we didn’t pay,Nadra Pakistan is sitting with our money from last four years and nothing is happening. When we phone Nadra Islamabad no one even bother to answer the phone. We even email, but no reply. Is there anyone to help us?
