NADRA is the leading organization in Pakistan that keeps the record of all the citizens of Pakistan. It issues national identity cards, passports, other cards for identification purpose.  It is based on computerized system and well known intentionally.

Nadra Islamabad Pakistan are very incompetent,i'ts been 7 months & they still haven't sent my son's nicop card despite a dozen of e-mails sent, is there anybody of authority that i could complain to? i'm sick &tired !

Nadra Islamabad Pakistan- My serious advice to the Govt of Pakistan is to evaluate the performance of this agency with regard to customer care. I applied for my NICOP way back in July 2008 through The Pakistani Embassy in Rabat, Mrocco. Despite the repeated reminders by myself and the Embassy staff nothing has happened so far. They do not even bother to reply.I have decided to write to the main daily papers. Has anyone got any other suggestios???

I have NADRA to be very incompetent and unhelpful.A member of my family's card was lost in consignment by their courier DHL and after 18 months I cannot get them to send out another card. I have been advised to sacrifice my original fees and apply again for a duplicate with fresh fees. Is this ridiculous?

plz tell me how to solve block case

I had never find incompetent organization like NADRA,I have faced tramendous challange in order to get the single issues "pertaining to my CNIC" resolved I didnot understand either their required skill maximization of NADRA staff or it requires to increase the efficiency in integrated system.In bothe cases they are quite failed to manage and deliver the pubic rights.
