Karachi Building Control Authority is commonly called as KBCA. it is a kind of regulatory body that not only regulates but also supervises all the construction and other matters related to the building plans anywhere at Karachi. It has all the rights to issue NOC or ban or forbid any group to construct any building. It provides license to builders and constructors to build and construct building plans at Karachi. Karachi Building Control Authority have taken several steps to make the Karachi city beautiful such as it destructed all the unauthorized buildings that was construed and occupied the extra areas and places.
