Baha ud Din Zakariya University
Baha ud Din Zakariya University is the leading University of Multan. In earlier days it was called as Multan University. Later on, it was re-named after the popular saint Hazrat Baha ud din Zakariya. It offers and awards degree in over 23 subjects that includes humanities, medical, engineering, business, administration, music, art, law languages and IT. It is a public type University and it was founded in 1975, initially it worked with total 8 departments in a rented building. Currently this university has 20 departments and there are four colleges that are affiliated with this university. These colleges are:

Bahau ud din Zakariya University is offering wide range of science and arts courses in their respected subjects but the main focus of the university is on agriculture studies.
