Nairobi Water Company

The Nairobi water company was established in the year 2003 under the Company Act CAP 486. Nairobi Water Company is owned by the Nairobi City Council. The company was established to manage the distribution of water resources in Kenya. Hence the main focus of the water company is to control the water and sewage system.

Objectives of Nairobi Water Company
Two main objectives of Water Company are:

Currently so many new projects are underway and signed by the water company to facilitate its customers. Water connections are provided to the customer after filing and application and then water company charge an amount according to the meter reading of the customer. To facilitate customer Water Company has franchise in different areas of Nairobi.
