DINA THANTHI Dina Thnathi is a popular Tamil language daily that is published from almost all the major places of India, these include: Mumbai, Tirunelveli, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Dindugal, Trichy, Salem, Nagarcoil, Cuddalore, Vellore, Erode, Puducherry and Thanjavur. It was launched in the year 1942 and its first edition was published from Madurai. It was launched by Mr. S.P. Adithanar. After its launching it grew up day by day and more edition were published from different cities of several states of India. Dina Thanthi is declared as the largest circulated and read Tamil language daily in India. Besides its daily edition several supplements are issued by Dina Thanthi on day to day basis, these include: Nyariru Malar, Kudumba Malar (Sunday), Siruvar Thanga Malar, Velli Malar (Friday), Tmail Madja Palangal (Monday) and Muthucharam, Ilaignar Malar (Saturday).
