I want to share my recent experience with all readers. I am operating my account in Malir Cantt. Branch Karachi.Three days ago 0n 30th June at about 0945hrs I tried to draw some cash from ATM in same i,e issuer branch, due some technical reasons the transaction could not be completed and my card also could not be retreived.I immediatly reported the matter to the branch operation manager who took out the card and demanded original CNIC to give ATM card to me.I did
not have that at that time and explaind the worthy manager that my account exist in the same branch my perticular and my signature can be verified from there.I also explained that 5 other different photo ID's bearing my CNIC no. are with me and to identify the right owner is not a problem but he insisted to see the original cnic.I had no time nd was in hurry so I left the branch.
To day on 3rd of July I again went there and met the branch manager who was even more rigid than the operation manager, and inspite of my all identification he too insisted to produce nic in original which is misplaced somewhere in my house and need some time to find it which dont have except on weekend. My all efforts to take back my card back went invane and issue ended on closure of my account and cancellation of my ATM card.

I have opened foreign currency account in your in Fateh Jang branch two months ago. I just want to draw your attention to start e-banking for foreign currency account holders as well. As a foreign currency account holders we are abroad (out of Pakistan) and I want access my account information, e-banking will help me.

My experience with Bank Alfalah Pakistan is not much good. I am account holder of the Bank at Jhelum Cantt Branch. I issued a check of amount 140000 pkr to Dina Branch of the Bank Alfalah Paistan for credit into the account of my friend. The Jhelum cantt Branch rebound that check inspite of the suffient balance in my account and deducted 380 approx. pkr from my account. They did not conveyed me that diffrence of signatures is there.
In second story my friend in UK send me 970 GBP at rate of 134.1090 pkr which was about 13085.73 pkrs. But the credit in my account is at rate of 132 point somthing per GBP. On inquiry Bank staff replied that we dont know how it Happened. Even they say that this amount in your account is not that amount which is sent by my friend in UK.
Staff is highly uncooperative and most of time remain in their own business ignoring the clients sitting in the chairs in front of them.
