It was established in 1977; the 1st course of 99 girls & boys was inducted on 26th March, now celebrated as the "Raising Day". Within years it became the most sought after medical college of Pakistan. Army Medical College(AMC) has its curricula expanded over 5 years of essential medical education, and then the graduates are required to get one year of internship. First 2 years cover the basics of medical education. Clinical clerkships start from third year onwards.

sir any opturtunity for student who take less than 65% up to 60% due to terarisam and proper for idp student from swat who cannot take classes and take above than 60% sir please i am from swat and now i am in karach i passed my fsc exam in 2008 with 63.5% and sir due to my economical condition i don't take admission any medical college what i will do sir what i will do
