Pakistan Railway
Pakistan is a fast growing developing country. Before its independence it was ruled by Great Britain. During Britain rule South Asian region in which Pakistani areas are included, developed and in the same years railway system was introduced in Pakistan. Since independence Pakistan railway system is operated by the government of Pakistan. Railway ministry of Pakistan controls all the internal and external affairs of Pakistan railway system. Pakistan railway plays very important role in joining the different areas of Pakistan to one another. Transportation fairs are very economical and people who can not afford by air traveling they can afford Pakistan railway fairs. Pakistan railway is a connection that links different areas of Pakistan for education, business, transportation, pilgrimage purpose. Currently chairman duty of Pakistan railway is being performed by the Mr. Shakeel Durrani. During British rule the first railway line of Pakistan was inaugurated in the year 1861, it was between Karachi and Kotri. Pakistan has a railway connection with India through Wahaga borderin Punjab and Landhi in Karachi, due to the rivalry between India and Pakistan this railway connection has been in the crisis.

- Peshawar to Quetta route
- Peshawar to Karachi
- Lahore to Sialkot
- Lahore to Faisalabad
- Faisalabad to Khanewaal
Pakistan railways have been in crises because of poor and bad governess and because of this railway track are not properly maintained.
