Aaj TV was warned by PEMRA due to its bold actions that were taken to highlight the emergency state in Pakistan and judiciary banned. Aaj TV on aired the unrest situation of Karachi on 12 May, when the SUSPENDED Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Chaudary came to Karachi. Aaj TV put blame on MQM to be abused by the MQM extremists.
