Islamia College Peshawar founded in 1913, initially it was a public type college but currently it is a public type university. It is located in the NWFP in the capital city Peshawar. Nawab Sir Sahibzada Abdul Qayyum and Sir George Roos Keppel was the founder of Islamia College Peshawar. Its new name is Islamia College University.
