It is a stock exchange located in Warsaw, Poland. It is the largest Stock Exchange in the region. It is founded by the State Treasury. Warsaw stock Exchange is the first Stock exchange in Warsaw. It was established on May 12,  1817. In 19th century  mainly Bills and Bonds were traded. Share trading on a broader scale developed between 1918-1939.
